Group tutorial Preperation

1.What is industrial experience?

Working with direct instructions and realistic briefs taking into account costings of projects.

Be able to fit in a well established team with successful and respected designers to gain knowledge how they have become successful within their career path, starting own business, freelancers ect.

What the environment within a design company consists of, a big design company like Linneys compared to two person team such as 123 klan

Picture above some work from two person team Scien and Mrs Klor, based in Montreal.
123 Klan clients, Adidas, Mini Cooper, Nike and Sony

It would be good to see the initial brief to development work to the final resolution to so how designers within the industry cope with handling briefs do some designers have to pass on certain work to a different designer who has specific knowledge within multimedia work for large businesses and is it the same when a designer is a freelancer? Pass some work on to someone else then finish it off?

How many briefs does one person undertake at a given time, what is the stress like when working within a big design company? Only because all of my tutors back at college who had worked within the industry had all health issues. Finding a balance
